for resort, alber elbaz look lanvin back to the fifties, using a backdrop of a floral vacation spot to show off some gorgeous, mostly silk pieces. the looks included ruched silk strapless dresses, long skirts, printed t-shirts (with sketches from jeanne lanvin), loose blazers, scattered polka dot shifts, and easy pajamas suits. for evening, he continued to keep things simple, showing blouson halter gowns, long shirtdresses, and asymetrical cocktail dresses. the color palette was reminiscient of s/s 08, with bright fuschia, violet, watermelon, organge, emerald and lemon.



he also used the opportunity to show his upcoming collaboration with acne jeans, showcasing dark denim day dresses with bracelet length sleeves, tipped blazers, short trenches, and satin cuffed jeans.
